This service is provided to you through GuTelecom, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as our general service terms and conditions.
Your use of GuTelecom store constitutes implied acceptance of our general service terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not continue to use GuTelecom.
Your use of our online store or download of our service applications will automatically apply these terms and conditions to you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to read them carefully before using our services.
General terms and conditions
Copying or modifying our trademarks or any of our services is strictly prohibited.
Extracting the source code of our service is prohibited, and translating our service into other languages or releasing a version of it is not allowed.
GuTelecom owns the rights to databases, copyrights, intellectual property rights, basic services, and trademarks.
We guarantee to provide our customers with useful and efficient services as much as possible, and therefore, we have the right to make any changes to the service or impose fees at a time we deem appropriate.

GuTelecom is an online store that offers wholesale and distribution services (B2B) for mobile phones and smart devices, both new and used.
We provide a service for companies and wholesale traders to create accounts on our online store so they can access our services, whether it's through direct sales of new or used smart devices or through auctions.
Our company specializes in shipping and distributing various types of new smartphones, including iPhone, Samsung, LG, and Xiaomi, as well as smartwatches, tablets, iPads, laptops, and more.
Your info
When you use the services of GuTelecom, we will ask you to provide us with texts, images, attachments, and other personal information. All information will remain fully owned by us.
If you wish to remove your personal information from our store, sometimes certain information may be deleted without others. In this case, we are not responsible for deleting any information and we do not accept liability for any failure to remove your personal data.
You are solely responsible for your own information, so you must confirm that you have the right to use this information and that using this information does not violate the intellectual property rights, advertising, or privacy rights of a third party, and will not result in a violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You should also be aware that there are things that GuTelecom will not be held responsible for.
Sales terms and conditions
All sales made by GuTelecom to its clients are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Product data
The buyer should provide GuTelecom with all the product details, including but not limited to:
- Product Description
- Quantity required
- Product price on the store
- Correct shipping address
Direct shipping for some products or special orders may require prepayment or additional fees.
Products prices
All prices of GuTelecom products are subject to change without notice and will be determined at the time of acceptance of the purchase order. Therefore, products with delayed orders are not priced.
Credit and payment terms
GuTelecom does not extend credit terms to purchasers and reserves the right to refuse credit to the purchaser and to require payment of the applicable purchase price prior to shipment.
Buyers must notify GuTelecom of any changes in shipping data, such as customer name and address.
By placing an order, the customer grants GuTelecom the right to secure their shipment and full payment, and agrees to execute any additional necessary documents to complete the shipment.
If the buyer fails to pay the invoice value on time, GuTelecom has the right to delay or cancel delivery, or reduce or cancel discounts granted to the buyer.
GuTelecom also has the right to request compensation for damage under the law or property rights, and the buyer must pay attorney's fees.
Import duties and taxes
The buyer is responsible for all import fees and other government taxes applicable.
Product prices do not include taxes, so the buyer must send any tax exemption certificates, if available, to GuTelecom prior to shipment.
Product warranties
GuTelecom provides product warranties, if available, by the manufacturer.
GuTelecom does not offer any warranties on its own, as its only commitment in the event of any breach of warranty is to repair or replace defective products.
Product validity
GuTelecom guarantees that the products sold are original, and provides buyers with shipping information including product model numbers, unit quantities, as well as individual serial numbers for the product.
Export control and compensation
The customer acknowledges that the information contained in the invoices and products is subject to the scrutiny of the Hong Kong government, and is authorized for export to the final destination country, for use by the ultimate consignee.
The buyer agrees to indemnify GuTelecom, and defend it, its directors, officers, and employees, against any losses, damages, and violations of rights.
Agreement
The agreement between GuTelecom and the buyer includes the official terms and conditions of the aforementioned sale.
Both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the provisions and conditions of this agreement thoroughly, and willingly accept the duties and obligations stipulated therein.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These are the official terms and conditions for the sale between GuTelecom and the buyer, which may be amended from time to time without notice at the sole discretion of GuTelecom.
